In public events, the program contents, demonstrations, and services comprise a single entity, within which the people are able to move freely between the different sites and events in the area. Enclosed here is an event village we created for Suomen Asuntomessusäätiö (Finnish housing fair foundation).
In the project, we were responsible for the area planning for the event village and its construction contracting. The village was created on a busy construction site and the work also comprised the construction of an event area as well as electrical, water, and sanitary infrastructure. The project required well-functioning cooperation and communication with the various operators of the site, the authorities, the city, and the event organizers.
